Projects

All of the projects below received a Mark H Smith Designs Inc. Design, Drafting and Permitting services package. Each project has worked through developing initial concepts, design presentations and iterations towards a final design. They have received technical drafting within architectural drawings that communicate the project’s vision to both the contractor and the building department. All these projects then successfully navigated and obtained either Toronto building permits or the relevant municipality building permits for their project within southern Ontario.
